Flight hardware, tested like it matters.
Avionics, airborne and space equipment tested for everything it will face — launch and flight vibration, shock, g-forces, altitude, heat, cold and interference — with up to 80 channels of measurement to show exactly what happened.
What aerospace teams bring us
Avionics and airborne boxes
Vibration, shock, altitude and temperature qualification to the military environmental standards.
Dynamic test lab →Launch and space hardware
Random vibration, shock and sustained acceleration — the loads of launch.
Dynamic test lab →EMC for airborne electronics
Emissions and susceptibility to MIL-STD-461.
EMI / EMC →Fasteners and materials
Strength and fatigue certification of aerospace bolts and alloys.
Mechanical & materials →Why aerospace programmes test here
- Up to 80 channels measured together, so you see what happened, where and when
- Altitude combined with heat, cold and humidity in one chamber
- Vibration, climate, EMC and materials on one campus
- Development trials on prototypes, before the formal qualification
Impartiality comes first. Test results are reported exactly as measured, whoever the customer. Engineering advice — design analysis, failure investigation, fixture design — is a separate service outside our NABL accreditation, and it never changes how a test is run or reported.
Development trials
Before the formal qualification, bring the prototype and run the tests early — at the specified levels, or stepped up within the machine's limits to find where the margin runs out. Development trials run in R&D mode: fully instrumented, every failure photographed, and reported as development results, kept separate from any formal qualification.
Plan a development trialThe labs that matter to you
Dynamic test lab
Prove it survives vibration, shock and motion — and learn where the margin is.
Climatic test lab
Prove it works from the Himalayas to the Arabian Sea — heat, cold, humidity, salt, dust and water.
EMI / EMC
Prove it neither disturbs nor is disturbed — to MIL-STD-461.
Mechanical & materials
Prove the material, the fastener and the joint — static, cyclic and fatigue.
Before the test, and after
Vibration-to-stress and fatigue-life analysis, and fixtures designed so they don't add shake of their own — a separate engineering service.
