DSRI Labs Private Limited — DSRI — is an independent, privately held research and development laboratory in Hyderabad, NABL accredited testing laboratory vide certificate no. TC-12060 (ISO/IEC 17025:2017), founded by research scientists from ISRO, DRDO and MIT. Roughly three quarters of our work is qualification testing, a quarter is design analysis, and the value is in the loop between them: for more than a decade we have given naval, defence, space, railway, energy and industrial programmes the measured data and the models that make their products better, not just certified.
A test is an argument with evidence
Equipment that goes to sea, into orbit or onto a locomotive doesn't get a second chance. So we treat every requisition as a small research project: understand what the specification is really protecting against, design the test so it can fail honestly, record everything, and write a report that an engineer who wasn't in the room can trust.
That is also why we built our own lab system — capability checks before quotation, custody labels on every sample, per-test evidence, scope-gated report issue — and why our customers can watch it all in the portal.

Airborne equipment qualification — vibration, altitude, thermal, EMC — and fixture and modal work for flight hardware.

JSS 55555 / MIL-STD-810 / MIL-STD-461 programmes for land, air and naval systems; DRDO and OEM suppliers.

Shipboard equipment: ship-motion, shock, salt fog, ABN/SBN noise, resilient-mount and foundation testing.

Launch and satellite hardware: random vibration, shock, sustained acceleration, climatic and EMC testing.

Valves, actuators and instrumentation: hydraulic, pneumatic, flow-coefficient, life-cycle and fire-safe tests.

ISO 16750 and customer-specification climatic, vibration and materials testing for components.

Rebar couplers, fasteners and structural elements on 2,500 kN and 250 kN biaxial machines — static, cyclic and fatigue.
Pharma & process
Equipment and enclosure qualification: climatic, dust and water ingress, and materials testing for process environments.
