What the machines can do
Published equipment capability envelopes. Every requisition is checked against the actual machine ratings — force, displacement, payload, working space, thermal envelope — before we quote, so the profile you need is the profile you get.
These are machine ratings, not accredited ranges. Which methods (and ranges) carry NABL accreditation is defined by the scope of accreditation; anything beyond it is reported as non-accredited.

Calibration
Accredited separately from the testing scope, under NABL certificate CC-4454. In-house calibration keeps every measurement in DSRI's own test chain traceable to national standards — and the same service is open to customers who need audit-ready calibration without sending instruments away.

What surrounds the machines
- Fixture design — in-house design and fabrication of vibration and shock fixtures; FRF surveys on request.
- Calibrated instruments — every accelerometer, sensor and chamber on a calibration schedule tracked in our equipment register; certificates available with the report.
- Sample custody — each unit carries a QR custody label from receipt to dispatch; condition and photographs are logged at every hand-over.
- Capability check before quotation — profiles are verified against machine ratings (force, stroke, payload, working space, thermal envelope) automatically, then by an engineer.
