We reply to every enquiry within one working day and send a scoped plan with a fixed quote within three. Reports follow within 2–3 working days of the test — and you can follow every step live in the customer portal while you wait.
Results you can act on
Every test is run and reported exactly as it happened, whoever the customer. When you need more than a result, our engineering team offers failure investigation, design analysis and fixture design — a separate service, outside our accreditation, that never changes how a test is run or reported.
Reports your customer accepts
415 accredited test methods reported under the NABL symbol, with non-accredited work clearly identified. Customers and third-party inspectors — RITES, Lloyd's Register, CQAE, IRS, ABS, RINA and others — witness tests on site.
Development trials
Before the formal qualification, bring the prototype and run the tests early — at the specified levels, or stepped up within the machine's limits to find where the margin runs out. Development trials run in R&D mode: fully instrumented, every failure photographed, and reported as development results, kept separate from any formal qualification.

From bench-top units to full 42U racks, naval consoles and vehicle-scale assemblies — walk-in climatic rooms, a 16,000 kgf shaker and an EMC chamber with a 3 m door and a 4-tonne floor.
You can see your job
Every unit carries a QR custody label. Progress, notes and photos appear in your customer portal as the test runs, and the signed report lands there too.
